ICE Close: More Gains for Rallying Canola

Canola futures continued to extend gains on Tuesday

The tightening old-crop supply situation continued to offer support to the market, with advances in new-crop November more modest. Canola has now finished higher for six straight days.

Weather across the Prairies remains uneven, with forecasts calling for scattered rain and snowfall, along with gyrating temperatures for the next week or so.

May canola gained $7.30 to $668.90, and November was up 70 cents to $649.
