Crop protection

Protecting crops means investing significantly in research and development to address the evolving pests and diseases growers face. With a comprehensive line-up of fungicide, herbicide, insecticide, and biological controls, we’re helping growers protect their crops against weeds, insects, diseases, and environmental stressors.

Seeds

We are a leading developer and producer of seeds, including innovative hybrid varieties and biotech crops. Sold under the NK^® Brand, we offer corn and soybean seed that thrive in Canada’s unique growing conditions and traits that protect a grower's seed investment from disease and environmental stressors.

Seedcare

Our seed treatments are one of the most advanced and environmentally sustainable forms of crop protection technology. We offer leading Seedcare products to help growers protect their seed investment against a broad range of early-season diseases and insect pests.

We all need inspiring places to live, work and play. With products in Professional Pest Management, Turf and Landscape, and Ornamentals, we help provide a world uninterrupted by pests and disease to capture imaginations. Syngenta Canada is a leading provider of turf protection products with a strong innovation pipeline of new active ingredients.

Where we work

We are everywhere crops are grown. As a pan-Canadian organization, we have offices in Guelph, Ontario, and in Calgary, Alberta, three research farms in Ontario and Manitoba, and remote employees from coast to coast.
